How it works

Three steps. You do about fifteen minutes of it.

Most of the work is ours. The part that has to be yours is the part only you can answer.

01

Send your menu

A PDF, a photo taken on your phone, or a link to your menu page. Add your website and we pull your colors, type and logo so the finished menu already looks like yours instead of like a template.

Takes you 2 minutes
02

Confirm what's in each dish

This is the step that makes the menu correct. We mark a first pass across the nine major allergens and flag what we couldn't work out, but you are the one who knows what is actually in your food. You correct it dish by dish, and answer a few questions about shared fryers and prep surfaces.

Takes you ~15 minutes
03

Print it, post it, hand it over

You get a print-ready PDF for your local printer or your own machine, a web page with a QR code for the table, and an editable version so you can change a dish yourself when the menu moves.

Takes you 0 minutes
Who this is for

Built for the restaurant that never had a reason to build this data.

Chains with twenty or more locations were forced to standardize recipes and ingredients years ago by calorie labelling rules, so they already have allergen data and a vendor who manages it. Everyone below that line never had to, which is exactly why almost none of them have an allergen menu.

A good fit

  • Independent restaurants, cafés, bars and small groups, one to five locations
  • You know what goes in your dishes but it lives in your head, not in a system
  • Guests ask about allergens often enough that your staff have a routine for it
  • You care how your menu looks, and a spreadsheet on the wall is not acceptable
  • You want this done, not another subscription to manage

Not a fit

  • Twenty or more locations. You are covered by menu labelling rules and already have a system for this
  • You want a QR ordering platform. That is a different product and several companies do it well
  • You need lab testing or facility certification. That is real accredited work and we are not that
  • Nobody at your restaurant can confirm what is in each dish. We build from your knowledge, not instead of it
What you get back

It should look like your restaurant. Not like software.

Every menu is set in your own brand, pulled from your site. Three examples, each built from a different restaurant's colors and type.

Same engine · three different restaurants · nothing about them looks like us

What we are not

The clearest thing we can tell you is where we stop.

Allergens are a serious category and it is full of vague claims. Here is exactly what this product does not do, so you can judge it properly.

We are a document tool. You are the food business.

We are not a graphics tool that lays out whatever you send us. The allergen information comes from you and your confirmation is what makes the finished menu accurate, which is why the review step is not optional. That is not a limitation we are apologising for, it is the part that does the work.

We do not

Test food, inspect kitchens, or verify anything with your suppliers.

We do not

Certify dishes or premises. Accredited certifiers do lab testing and site audits. We are not one.

We do not

Tell you that you are compliant. Requirements differ by state and depend on your kitchen, not a document.

Pricing

One price, one menu, no subscription.

A designer would charge you $300 to $800 and take three weeks, and they would not know a thing about allergens. Doing it yourself is four to six hours that never quite happens.

There's no free trial, and here's why.

Every other product in this category gives you two weeks of software to learn. We are not selling you software. We are doing a piece of work and handing it over, which is why you pay for it the way you would pay a designer.

What we do instead: every menu on this page is real output, shown at full size, so you can judge the quality before you spend anything. And if you get your menu back and it is not what you wanted, tell us within 30 days and we refund it.

Questions

The things restaurants ask first.

If yours isn't here, ask us before you buy. We would rather turn away a bad fit than refund one.

Does this make my restaurant compliant?

We can't tell you that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Requirements differ by state, and compliance depends on how you run your kitchen, not on a document. What we do is help you put clear written allergen information in front of guests, in a format built for that job.

Are you certifying my food as safe?

No, and we never will. We don't test food, inspect kitchens, or verify anything with your suppliers. The allergen information comes from you, you review and confirm every dish, and it stays your information. There are accredited certification companies that do lab testing and site audits. We are not one of them and we don't claim to be.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

It will, on some dishes, which is exactly why the confirmation step is built the way it is. We produce a first pass and flag what we were unsure about. Nothing is ticked for you. You correct anything that is wrong and confirm every dish before a single file is produced.

The point isn't that a machine knows what's in your food. You know that. The point is that correcting a draft is much faster than writing one from scratch, and your corrections are what make the finished menu accurate.

My menu changes constantly. Is this worth it?

That's what the re-issue option is for. Once your dishes and allergen data are in, changing a few items and getting a fresh print-ready file takes minutes rather than starting over. The complete set includes twelve months of it.

Can you print and mail the menus to me?

Printed copies are priced by quantity and mailed to you. Most restaurants start with the print-ready file, because their local printer or their own machine handles it fine.

What about cross-contact and shared fryers?

We ask you about it directly, because it's the part that matters most and the part no menu can work out on its own. Your answers appear on the finished menu, in the standing notice at the foot of every version.

How long does it take?

About a day end to end. Most of that is us. Your part is roughly fifteen minutes of confirming dishes.
